Sandra was amazing! When we first set up our website, I expected a handful of interactions before my web designer would 'get it'. However, I was blown away by how she was able to listen to what I was looking for and nail it the very first time. When I looked at the first draft, I remember saying, "That's exactly what I was looking for!".

And the following customer service has been awesome. I was having promblems on my end and Sandra jumped all over it, even though it wasn't her problem and it was the weekend. And she's so darn pleasant about everything!
Net-net: it's great to have a sense of peace that I don't have to worry about my site...I just know that it's being taken care of.
