Email settings will vary
depending on what type of website are hosting with us. If
you have a static website with us, use the first set of
instructions below. If you have an eCommerce website, scroll
down on this page and use the second set of instructions.
If you have any problem at all with your email settings,
just contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Email Settings for Clients with Regular/Static
Websites
Webmail Access:
http://webmailpro.vmsol.com/
Go to the URL provided above, enter your email address and
password, and you will then be logged into your webmail
account. Webmail allows you to access your email from ANYWHERE
you have access to the Internet!
Outlook Settings:
Incoming POP3 Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: If your email address is sally@yourdomain.com,
then your username for email access is sally.yourdomain.com
Password: Provided to you when your account was setup. If
you've forgotten your password, just contact us and we will
reset it for you.
Important: Be certain that in your Outlook account settings
you have the checkbox selected that says, "My Outgoing
mail server requires authentication." This is usually
located under the "More Settings" button or the
Servers Tab (depending on your version on Microsoft Outlook).
Note: Your outgoing mail server does not have to be through
us. You may use your ISPs outgoing mail settings, as well.

Email Settings for Clients with Ecommerce/Storefront Websites
Outlook Settings:
Incoming POP3 Mail Server: yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: yourdomain.com
Username: If your email address is sally@yourdomain.com,
then your username for email access is yourdomain-sally
Password: Provided to you when your account was setup. If
you've forgotten your password, just contact us and we will
reset it for you.
